Lake Sinissippi Association is governed through By Laws and a Constitution. LSA is a Wisconsin corporation.

The LSA Board of Directors is recommending changes to the By Laws. These changes were approved at the 2009 Annual meeting May 23, 2009 Hustisford High School.
